Using PilotCite
PilotCite provides AI citation monitoring, prompt discovery, research, competitor visibility, and AI-assisted content tools. You are responsible for the brands, domains, prompts, competitors, research inputs, and content instructions you submit.
Accounts and brands
You must keep your account secure and may only access brands you are authorized to use. Each brand profile is a separate monitored workspace under your account. Admins are responsible for team invitations, billing actions, and brand settings.
Subscriptions and trials
Paid plans are billed through Stripe and may include a card-required trial. Plan limits, platform access, seats, prompts, brands, research runs, and content generations are enforced according to the active PilotCite plan for the account.
Customer content
You retain ownership of customer content you submit to PilotCite. You grant PilotCite permission to process that content so we can provide, secure, monitor, debug, and improve the service.
AI outputs
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require review. You are responsible for verifying generated research, monitoring interpretations, recommendations, and content before relying on or publishing them.
Acceptable use
Do not use PilotCite to violate law, infringe rights, send spam, bypass security controls, scrape or overload the service, submit secrets you are not authorized to process, or generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
Service availability
PilotCite depends on third-party hosting, database, payment, AI, email, search, and extraction providers. We may change, pause, rate-limit, or discontinue features when needed for security, reliability, compliance, or provider availability.
